Technology became part of how a church reaches people. Even if we don't love admitting it.

How your church looks online, whether someone can catch the service from home, how you stay in front of people through the week: it all shapes who shows up on Sunday. Doing it well is hard, and it eats time you would rather spend on ministry. We built Hubl to carry that part for you.

Made for small churches

Everything in one place

Your website, events, people, and ministry, aware of each other

All connected
yourchurch.hubl.life

None of this is the part you were called to.

You didn't go into ministry to run a livestream, rebuild a website, or chase a volunteer spreadsheet around at 9pm on a Tuesday. But it all has to happen, and it usually lands on one or two people. The tools that are supposed to help tend to make it worse. A website living in one place, registrations in another, a check-in app that has never heard of your members. So the same work gets done two and three times, by hand, by people who are already stretched.

So we built the thing we wished existed.

Hubl is one place where your website, your people, your events, and your week-to-week ministry actually know about each other. Set up a VBS and registration, check-in, and follow-up are already part of it. Update your site and it reflects what's really happening at your church. The goal is simple: less time keeping the lights on, more time with people.

yourchurch.hubl.life

Your website is built in, and it's actually alive.

You don't start from a blank page or bolt a site onto everything else. Pick a design, put your words in, publish. After that it keeps up on its own: this week's service, what's coming up, the group someone's trying to find. When something changes at your church, the site already knows.

Stream setup with multi-destination broadcasting

Go live without building a studio.

Stream straight from your browser, even from your phone. It goes to YouTube and Facebook at the same time, so the people who couldn't make it can still be there. And if you want to keep what you record, you can add storage that puts it somewhere you have access to, instead of losing it inside someone else's platform.

Social posting hub

Show up where your people already are.

Staying present on social through the week is its own job, and it usually falls to whoever happens to have a minute. Write a post, schedule it, send it to the places your church already lives. From the same place you run everything else, not a separate app you have to remember to open.

VBS registrations dashboard

VBS, without the spreadsheet relay.

Most VBS tools are a sign-up form and nothing else. Someone exports it, then types it all over again into whatever you actually use. Hubl handles registration, check-in, volunteers, and follow-up as one thing, because it already knows your families and your kids. Your assistant gets their week back.

Child check-in and printed badge

Know every child, and what keeps them safe.

Check-in is digital, but it still prints a badge. When a kid checks in, the tag comes out with who's cleared to pick them up and what they're allergic to printed right on it. No guessing, no thumbing through a binder while a line forms at the door. It's a small thing that does a big one: it tells a parent their child is safe with you, and that is often the first trust a new family hands a church.

The rest of the week, in the same place.

The rest of the week, in the same place.

The point of one connected system is that the small things stop being separate chores.

  • Groups people can actually find and join
  • Online giving, with records that line up with everyone you already have on file
  • A prayer board your members will use, instead of a buried Facebook thread
  • Sermons and series tied into the service page, notes included, so people can follow along
  • Attendance you can take without a clipboard

Where this is headed

We are building toward deeper member engagement, not just more admin screens.

Next steps include more sermon follow-up, lightweight reflection questionnaires, week-to-week engagement touchpoints, and better social posting workflows from inside the platform. The goal is not more software. The goal is better ministry connection.

Church Locations

Hubl is being shaped with churches in the loop.

We would rather build the right tools with real ministry feedback than chase a giant checklist. If your church has a real need that is still missing, let's talk. If it fits the direction of the platform, we want to build with you.
